Requirements

Completed vocational training (in the electrotechnical, metalworking, information technology or commercial fields) and specialized or general technical/higher education entrance qualifications
good performance in mathematics, German and English
Mathematics achievement course of high importance for technical courses of study
Analytical skills, conceptual thinking and a structured way of working
Independence, ability to work in a team and reliability
Organizational and communication skills as well as assertiveness
Ability to work under pressure, perseverance, high willingness to learn and commitment

Organizational principles

The dual study program combines a scientific study with a practice-integrated training in the company.
The dual study program is carried out in cooperation with Fulda University of Applied Sciences.
At the end of the theory phases, the examinations for the completed modules take place.
The 6th semester is used, among other things, to carry out the practical project and to write the bachelor thesis.
The degrees of accredited dual study programs are equivalent to those of universities and universities of applied sciences and allow access to master's degree programs at domestic and foreign universities.

Theory phases	Teaching of detailed fundamentals in the subjects of mathematics, physics, mechanics, design theory, electrical engineering, computer science as well as in finance/accounting, business administration and process/quality management (basic studies).
	Deepening of basic studies with further subject areas such as production management, digitalization of industrial production/business processes and data management (main studies).
Practical phases	assignment in technical and commercial departments of the company such as IT, product management, etc.
