Sales Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks

  • Responsible to create sales plans and growth strategies for all industries in country market
  • Develop and execute annual revenue plan, including providing monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual business reports to headquarters
  • Lead the marketing team to develop and execute strategic marketing and growth plans for all regions, including trade shows
  • Lead the external and internal sales teams to develop a pipeline for future revenue, build growth strategies and long-term sales plans
  • Ensure external sales staff identifies new customer opportunities and ensure the development of strategies for supporting customers
  • Participate in sales forecasting and budgeting processes as well as identify opportunities to manage expenses and increase margins
  • Maintain excellent communications externally and internally
  • Work directly will all sales and service teams to keep everyone informed on important sales leadership matters that require immediate action or attention

Your profile

  • Technical qualifications: Bachelor or Master Engineering degree or equivalent professional experience and knowledge
  • A minimum of five to seven years of B2B sales experience in the field of industrial automation (ideally measurement and control technology)
  • Experience in defining and implementing sales and marketing strategy
  • Previous management experience in sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Positive attitude towards facing new challenges/exploring new markets
  • Fluent in English, German a plus
  • Must be able and willing to travel both nationally and internationally
