Departments & tasks
Training center Basics of metal technology such as scribing, center punching, filing, drilling, turning and milling.
Metal technology assembling, welding and riveting of metal assemblies
Measuring system manufacturing soldering and assembling measuring systems
Pressure measurement technology manufacturing laser welding and mounting of pressure measurement devices, pressure testing
Cable assembly cutting cables to length, crimping, pressing, assembling

Prerequisites

  • good secondary school diploma
  • good performance in mathematics and physics
  • technical interest, manual skills
  • good spatial imagination
  • ability to work in a team, willingness and reliability

Learning-by-doing-day

We offer a learning-by-doing day especially for our metal and electrical engineering apprenticeships, with the opportunity to get to know the relevant apprenticeships, training content, training management, and the JUMO company. In a workshop, interested parties can test their technical skills and gain their first practical experience.
